The Motobecane Outcast bike is unique in its own right.  The Outcast is just a single speed Mountain Bike with twenty nine inch wheels.  This bike is unique in the fact that it has a flip flop hub that will allow you to ride as a fixed gear.  The Motobecane is not an upper end bike but will no doubt be sufficient for the entry level Mountain Biker.

The Motobecane Outcast does have a great aluminum frame which adds to the strength and remains a relatively light bike.
